Traverse Academy’s mission is to provide short-term, intensive mental health services and educational services that support students in understanding their needs, developing effective coping skills, and preparing for success in their home schools, at home, and beyond. We are committed to equitable access to care that supports students’ whole well-being. Through strong relationships, we build resiliency, foster a growth mindset, and promote meaningful engagement in learning and healing.
Our vision is a community where every student, regardless of their circumstances, is met with compassion, empowered through meaningful relationships, and supported in their growth toward emotional wellness and academic engagement. We envision a system that fosters equity, nurtures the whole child, and ensures that every student has the tools, confidence, and resilience to thrive in school and beyond.
